Need it sooner? Ask for Rush when you drop off (Rush adds 20%). At our Arkadelphia store, where our cleaning plant is, in by 9 AM means out by 5 PM the same day, on a day we're open (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday).

At our Hot Springs store, the soonest is when we open 2 business days later, depending on the day you drop off, because we take your clothes to Arkadelphia to be cleaned and bring them back.

When you drop off, we text you the date your order should be ready. When it's ready, we text you again with your total. Ready texts go out between 8 AM and 7 PM.

For Hot Springs orders, the ready text comes once your clothes are back at the Hot Springs store. We can only text cell phones, not landlines.

Yes. Go to track.ozarkcleaners.com and look up your order with your name and phone number. You'll see each open order's status, ready date, items and total, plus any notes we made about stains or damage. Orders you picked up in the last 60 days show there too.

Plan on about two weeks for alterations and repairs.

Yes. Pickup and delivery is free inside Hot Springs city limits. Our van runs on Wednesdays, and you don't need to be home. Just tell us where to find your bag.

We just ask for about $30 a week in cleaning per stop, or grab a few neighbors to share a stop. Orders we pick up on a Wednesday normally come back the next Wednesday.

Use our pickup request form or call 501-359-6090. The form takes about 30 seconds, needs no account, and there's nothing to pay up front. We'll text or call to confirm your day.

Free pickup and delivery is only inside Hot Springs city limits. We're taking requests from Bismarck, Malvern, Benton, Bryant and surrounding areas. A few neighbors or coworkers in one spot make a stop much easier to add, and we already run stops just past the city limits where neighbors teamed up. Send a pickup request and tell us who else is nearby.

No. Wet cleaning is a gentle, professional, water-based way to clean your finest garments. There's no perc or solvent smell and nothing harsh left behind in your clothes, so it's kinder to sensitive skin. It also helps colors stay vibrant, and it's better for the planet.

Shirts, suits and dresses, wet cleaned and pressed; everyday laundry by the pound (wash, dry & fold); comforters, duvets, quilts and linens; and alterations and repairs: hems, take-ins, zippers and fixes.

$2.75 a pound, every day. We wash, dry and fold it, ready to put away.
